How do I choose my size?
Measure around the middle of your kneecap and about 10 cm above it, then compare with our size guide (M, L, XL, XXL). If you are between sizes, go by the knee measurement.
How do I adjust the compression?
Turn the dial clockwise to add compression a little at a time, from light support to maximum support. Stop when it feels snug and supported, never painful.
Can I wear it for sports?
Yes. It is made for running, basketball, gym training, hiking and racket sports, as well as long days on your feet.
How does the bundle discount work?
Add 2 knee supports and you get 10% off; add 3 or more and you get 15% off. You can mix colors and sizes. The discount is applied automatically in your cart and at checkout – no code needed.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you receive a shipping confirmation email. Use the tracking number on our Track Your Order page, or log in to your account to see your orders.
Is this a medical device?
No. It is a sports and everyday support accessory. If you have an injury or ongoing knee pain, please ask your doctor or physiotherapist before use.
How do I care for it?
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap and let it air dry away from direct heat, unless the care label says otherwise. Our free fit & use guide has all the details.
