Which size should I order?
Measure around the middle of the kneecap and about 4 in (10 cm) above it, then use the size guide on this page. Between sizes? Go by the knee measurement.
Which way do I turn the dial?
Turn it clockwise for more compression. Add a little at a time until it feels snug and supported – never painful or numb.
Can I wear one on each knee?
Yes – that is exactly what the 2-pack is for. Choose 2 in the bundle options and 10% comes off automatically.
Can I mix black and white in a bundle?
